We're open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We're closed Sunday and Monday, so plan your visit accordingly.

We offer precision haircuts, balayage, dimensional color, seamless hair extensions, keratin treatments, scalp care, signature blowouts, and Jane Iredale clean mineral makeup. You can view our full menu on our Services page.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled service(s).

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in.

Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Please contact us right away so we can make it right. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Balayage is a French hand-painting technique where lightener is swept onto the hair to create soft, natural-looking dimension. Rather than uniform stripes, it gives a sun-kissed, blended result with a softer grow-out.

Highlights are typically placed in foils from root to end for more uniform, defined brightness. Balayage is painted freehand for a diffused, lived-in look. At Bespoke, we blend sun-kissed highlights using hand-painted strokes or foil for a customized blonde, whether bright or natural-looking, depending on your goals.

Because balayage grows out softly without a harsh line of demarcation, many guests go several months between lightening appointments. A gloss or toner in between keeps the tone fresh and shiny.

Absolutely. Balayage is beautiful on brunettes and is one of our specialties, along with dimensional blondes and luxury brunettes. Your stylist will customize placement and tone to complement your skin tone and natural color.

We offer customized highlighting services including full and partial placements. A partial service places highlights on only half of the head, ideal for brightening around the face and part line, while a full service creates all-over dimension.

Any lightening service affects the hair, but our team uses advanced L'Oréal Professionnel color and bond-care technology to protect the integrity of your hair. We also recommend in-salon treatments and professional home care to keep your hair healthy between visits.

Most guests refresh highlights every 6 to 10 weeks, depending on placement, the contrast with your natural color, and how quickly your hair grows. Between highlight appointments, a gloss enhances shine, refines color, and adds a silky finish.

Yes. Highlights and dimensional color are a great way to soften and blend gray for a lower-maintenance, luminous result. Ask about gray blending during your consultation.

Yes. New extension clients begin with a thorough consultation to understand hair goals, including desired length and density. Your stylist will color-match your hair and walk you through the investment and maintenance involved.

After your consultation, we'll schedule your install appointment to allow time for your hair to ship. Your stylist will also share detailed care instructions during your install.

We recommend an extension move-up every 6–8 weeks, where your stylist removes, cleanses, dries, and reinstalls your extensions so they stay seamless and comfortable.

Our extensions are 100% human hair, but because they don't receive natural nourishment from the scalp, they may show wear after 6–9 months. Proper at-home care and regular maintenance appointments help extend their life.
