Appointment Policies

Changing Your Stylists



  • Please feel free to change your stylist within the salon at your convenience.
  • We provide a variety of talent and a multi-level structure.


Payment Terms



  • Payment is expected at the time of service.
  • We accept various types of payments: cash, credit card, and debit card.


Late Arrivals



  • Clients should arrive on time for their scheduled services.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened scheduled service or rescheduling.


Product Usage



  • We use professional-grade products during services.
  • Information about products used is available upon request.


Concerns



  • If you're not satisfied, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Exchanges for products are allowed within a specific timeframe.


Conduct



  • Please change into a robe prior to your service as we are not responsible for any damage caused to your clothing during services.
  • Respectful behavior is expected from all.
  • Any inappropriate conduct may result in refusal of service.


Hygiene Standards



  • Strict hygiene practices are followed for client and staff safety.
  • Clean and sanitized tools and equipment are used for each client.

  • Clients with specific needs or allergies should inform the salon in advance.
  • Accommodations will be made whenever possible.


Privacy and Confidentiality



  • Client information is kept confidential.
  • Photos or videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes with client consent.


Cancellations



  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to respect your time and ours, we kindly request to be informed of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Notifying us later will result in a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled service(s).
